When I tried it for a first time I felt it like cheating... It's amazing though I was riding SLS kites. Now almost all the kites I've got are dlab.

Got the Neo Dlabs in 10 and 8m absolutely love them, fast turning, light weight. Build quality is incredible. Light wind performance is next level, wether your on a waveboard, foil or twin tip. They are expensive but if you kite a lot its totally worth it :)

When Aluula first arrived in the OR Roams I sold my four Clouds and purchased 3 Roams and I couldn't be happier for foiling as well as directional wave riding. Immediately I felt the beauty of the stiffness in the LE & struts. Incredibly stappy water relaunch even in crashing shore waves

The image of core is huge and the performance maybe good. Never tried it out to be honest. But Every time I compare core kites with my fone kites core looks very cheap made to me. They have cool names for the materials but are not made very detailed in my point of view.

Thanks for the review. Is the bar pressure lighter on the XR8? How light would you say is bar pressure compared to, say a North Orbit or any of the new 2023 Cabrinha kites?

I have these bindings... luv them!!.. the thumb screw idea for lack of a better term... uhmmm... SUCKS! so much easier to replace them with a good stainless 1/4 20 Phillips.

Tricky - understatement. Even the longer screws are about 3 to 4 mm too short. WHY???????? I am pretty handy but can not screw the pads in with thumbscrews. Why engineer this so close?

I'm 160lbs and in louisiana where we have 8-15mph winds... Do you suggest the 17m or 14.5m?

There are a LOT of kites that lets you kite in 10 mph winds. The turning speed, low bar pressure and jump height makes it not suck so much kiting in low wind. Oh and LEI ease of use vs foil kites.
